On April 29, 2020, the Santa Clara County Health Officer revised the current Shelter in Place order to relax the restrictions on real estate transactions. Effective May 4, 2020, some of the permissible activities will include allowing people to “move residences” and view occupied homes, as long as the resident is not present and the home is only viewed by one or two people at a time from the same household with the real estate agent present. All social distancing protocol must be followed.
