On Tuesday, March 24th, the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to place a moratorium on residential and commercial evictions, if the tenants can prove they've had a substantial loss of income as a result of the coronavirus. The moratorium is effective immediately throughout the county and in all cities within the county, and remains in effect through April and May.
