In response to the challenges created by the coronavirus pandemic, Governor Gavin Newsom signed executed order N-52-20, which made several changes to deadlines related to real estate licensing. First, the deadline for paying real estate license application and renewals fees are extended by 60 days. Deadlines related to continuing education requirements for real estate licenses are also extended by 60 days. Any deadlines that are created by orders issued by the Real Estate Commission are also extended by 60 days.
