On April 16, 2020, the California Association of Realtors updated four forms which were created to address the Coronavirus. Notably, two of these forms can be used as an amendment or addendum to the standard CAR Residential Purchase Agreement to address the potential need to extend or cancel a transaction due to an impact from the pandemic. The remaining forms are for an amendment to the standard listing agreement, and one related to safety issues and concerns related to entering into homes in light of the pandemic.

The names of the forms are:

Coronavirus Addendum or Amendment (Form CVA)
Notice of Unforeseen Coronavirus Circumstance (Form NUCC)
Listing Agreement Coronavirus Addendum or Amendment (Form RLA-CAA)
Coronavirus Property Entry Advisory and Declaration (Form PEAD)
