Commercial and Residential tenants experiencing financial hardship due to COVID-19 should inform their landlords within 7 days after rent is due in order to prevent an eviction. Tenants shall provide documentation establishing financial hardship to their landlord. Tenants are liable to pay back rent after the expiration of the emergency ordinance.
