Commercial and Residential tenants experiencing financial hardship due to COVID-19 should inform their landlords to prevent an eviction. Tenants shall provide documents of financial hardship to their landlord. Tenants are liable to pay back rent within 90 days after the expiration of the emergency ordinance.
