Antioch has instituted protections for residential and commercial tenants.

Applies to Unlawful Detainers for the non-payment of rent after March 16 for residential and commercial. After a landlord gets notice the tenant can not pay due to COVID-19, they cannot serve a notice under section 1116 or file an eviction action.
